VCI-763 is manufactured using advanced SMP technology. The SMP technology accelerates the passivation of the metal surface, reduces the humidity around the metal equipment, and balances the environment in the package. VCI heat shrinkable film is suitable for ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals, and the anti-rust period is 5 years.

The outer layer of the vapor phase anti-corrosion shrink film is white, and the inner layer is blue or green. After packaging the metal equipment with this film, it needs to be sealed with a gas gun or a hot air gun, and the heating temperature needs to be higher than 150°C. The heating process increases the temperature of the shrink film, but it hardly affects the temperature of the internal metal equipment.
