RUST-XVCI aluminum foil vapor phase anti-rust film is produced using advanced technology. The aluminum foil is made of the outermost laminated barrier and co-extruded with 3 layers of films. The first layer of the structure is a relatively tough organic polymer biaxially stretched film; the second layer is metal foil/coated polyethylene; the third layer is tough The polymer, such as polyethylene. Combined with VCI vapor phase rust prevention, the final composite structure can provide ultra-low oxygen and waterproof vapor penetration, high strength, and good rust resistance. This is an ideal product for mechanical packaging, for long-term storage or equipment transportation. The rust-proof aluminum foil bag can be heat-sealed with an ordinary heat-sealing machine, or a tearable self-sealing adhesive tape can be used to bond it into a sealed packaging system.
