Lamina VCI heat shrinkable film is manufactured using SMP (speedy moisture passivation to quickly passivate the metal surface) technology, which accelerates the passivation of the metal surface and provides long-term rust protection for the packaged large equipment. When sealed, Lamina rust-proof heat shrinkable film isolates the equipment in the package from humidity interference, and the VCI vapor phase rust-proof molecule balances the environment inside the package.

Lamina heat shrinkable film is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The complete anti-rust packaging solution designed by RustX can inhibit rust for up to 5 years, during which VCI continuously releases to protect metal equipment. This film has the characteristics of cross-connection, increases the strength between molecular chains, and has excellent tear resistance, tensile strength and impact resistance.

Lamina heat shrinkable film is a product specially used for packaging, which can be packaged: heavy equipment, weapons, pallets, automobiles, auto parts, engines, wind turbines, power plant equipment and chemical plant equipment, etc.

Lamina heat shrinkable film has white outer layer and blue or green inner layer. The inner layer of the heat shrinkable film containing VCI is a special VCI vapor phase anti-corrosion coating film that can provide long-term protection.

【Instructions】

A hot air blower is required after this heat shrinkable film packaging equipment. The heating temperature needs to be higher than 150°C, but this does not mean that the equipment will reach 150°C. The heating process increases the temperature of the shrink film, but it hardly affects the temperature inside the equipment.

The service life of the film conforms to the European standard EN13206. In order to detect the service life of the film, the heat shrinkable film is irradiated with a specific lamp in the testing machine (the specific lamp is similar to solar radiation). In the laboratory, only the standard of material degradation is considered. Through rapid artificial aging ( Wind erosion meter) for testing.

The service life of the covering material (heat shrinkable film) is proportional to the exposure time (artificial aging), and the mechanical properties are not taken into consideration.
